BASF Pozzolith Development Center Receives Environmental Conservation Award from Kanagawa Environmental Conservation Association 

BASF Pozzolith Development Center received the Environmental Conservation Award at the 26th general conference sponsored by Kanagawa Environmental Conservation Association. The conference was held at WORKPIA in Naka-ku, Yokohama on May 16, 2007.

This award was given to BASF Pozzolith Development Center located at Chigasaki-shi, Kanagawa in recognition of its continuous achievements in environmental protection:

• The center gained ISO14001 early in construction chemicals industry.
• Long-term commitment to environmental conservation.
• Proper disclosure and reporting to prefectural and city governments.
• Cooperation with the Organization for Research and Communication on Environmental Risk of Chemicals, and similar prefectural environmental programs.
• Active participation at workshops hosted by the Kanagawa Environmental Conservation Association.
