BASF Pozzolith Ltd. starts on April 1, 2007. 

We are pleased to announce that as of April 1, 2007 NMB Co., Ltd., Pozzolith Bussan Ltd., and BASF Construction Systems Co., Ltd. will make a new start under the name of BASF Pozzolith Ltd. through a merger of the three companies with NMB Co., Ltd. as a surviving company.
